How KAI credits, test billing, refunds, and disputes work.

Updated May 31, 2026. This is the working product policy for the KAI beta. Legal review is still required before real charging goes live.

Test mode first

KAI billing is in test mode until the full flow is proven. Test mode does not charge a card.

Real charging requires billing mode to be live and a separate real-charge switch to be enabled.

KAI credits fund compute. Paid credits do not buy Proof of Work, BPM, Matchmaker rank, or buyer trust.

Earned credits can come from real work and proof. Paid credits only extend usage.

Refunds and chargebacks are routed to support review and can adjust compute credits without improving artist ranking.

If a billing issue happens, contact support from the KAI support panel with the payment date and account email.
