How KAI uses uploads, recordings, and connected accounts.

Why KAI asks for material

KAI starts by asking for one song, then asks for more material one step at a time.

KAI may turn that information into profile notes, plans, proof receipts, buyer summaries, and content drafts.

KAI can draft posts, captions, release assets, and next steps. Drafting is not the same as publishing.

Provider posting, account changes, payments, releases, and buyer outreach should require clear artist approval before they happen.

If you record or upload media, KAI may analyze it and make review copies or edits for your workflow.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
